I would be happy to support you professionally and provide therapeutic guidance on your path to your individual solution.
Setting
I offer psychotherapy in individual and couples* settings for people of all gender identities, sexual orientations and relationship forms.

Individual therapy
In individual therapy, you as a person, with your history, personal needs and concerns, are the focus. Together we develop individual solutions and new perspectives that help you to understand yourself better.

Couples* therapy
Recurring conflicts, differing ideas about parenting, declining closeness, or a lack of time together – these are just a few examples of issues that can be addressed in couples therapy. Away from everyday life, we create space to consciously examine and further develop your relationship.

Therapeutic framework
Initial consultations
After making an appointment, the initial consultations (two or three) take place. These sessions serve to clarify your concerns and expectations regarding psychotherapy. If you decide to pursue psychotherapy, we will discuss the frequency of sessions and the expected topics.
One consultation lasts 50 minutes and is charged.
Session duration and costs
single therapy session à 50 minutes: € 70.00
couples therapy session à 90 minutes: € 100.00
I do not offer fully funded health insurance places.
Cancellation policy
By making an appointment, you are booking an hour for your therapy session. If you are unable to attend, please note that sessions must be canceled by phone, email, or text message at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, I have to charge the missed hour.
Confidentiality
The obligation of confidentiality is regulated in Section 15 of the Psychotherapy Act and obligates psychotherapists and their assistants to maintain confidentiality regarding all secrets entrusted to them or revealed to them in the course of their professional practice. Confidentiality includes everything discussed in psychotherapy.

About me
I am a psychotherapist in training under supervision and work with (young) adults and adolescents in my practice in Innsbruck.
Working as a supervised psychotherapist in training means I am in the final stages of my training. My work is regularly supervised by experienced training supervisors, ensuring qualified and reflective treatment. I am completing my training at the Vienna Psychoanalytic Academy.
I offer psychotherapy in German and English. I am also a member of the Austrian Federal Association for Psychotherapy (ÖBVP), the POP Association, and the Association for Psychotherapy .
I was able to gain practical experience in the following areas:
since 2023: LGBTIQ*-Counseling Center COURAGE* (Vienna and Innsbruck)
2025-2026: Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Hall in Tirol)
2021 - 2023: Children Protection Center (Innsbruck)
My Method
Psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy (POP) is a depth-psychological approach designed to identify and understand unconscious psychological processes. It is based on the premise that numerous psychological burdens stem from unresolved conflicts from the past, which continue to influence thoughts, feelings, and actions. By consciously confronting these hidden patterns, individuals gain the opportunity to process past traumas and live more reflectively and freely.
A central element of this method is the therapeutic relationship. It provides a safe space in which emotional and interpersonal dynamics can become visible. Together, we explore how past experiences influence current experiences and decisions. This process is conducted gently and at an individually appropriate pace; various therapeutic techniques are also employed.
